Big Ticket Items

The following items are huge items that we are actively fundraising for and are listed in the order of importance.

1. New Chairs, Stands, and Carts (estimate of $20k for a full outfit)
   • This equipment is used day to day and has not been added onto in the last 5 years. Stands are breaking and we do not have a matching set of chairs. Additionally, we do not typically have enough stands or chairs for combined concerts with the middle schools.
2. New Uniforms (estimate of $50k for a full program outfit)
   • Our current uniforms are about 10 years old. The typical life-span of marching band uniforms is 7-10 years. Replacing the uniforms would benefit the whole band.
3. New Drum line Equipment (estimate of $20k for a full outfit)
   • Our current drumlins equipment is about 9 years old. The typical life-span of marching band battery equipment is about 7-9 years. Replacing the drum line equipment would benefit a current percussion program of 30 students and students for years to come.
4. Trailer (estimate of $7k-12k) OR Semi-Trailer (estimate of $30k-$60k)
   • Our percussion section and instruments have outgrown our current trailer. We would like to get either one trailer as an addition or a semi-trailer to replace our current trailer. This purchase would benefit the whole band.

Recurring Items

1. Marching Band Instrument Repairs/Maintenance – March 2025
   • Estimate of $3k to repair and maintain instruments used during Marching Band season.
2. Concert Instrument Repairs/Maintenance – June 2025
   • Estimate of $5k to repair and maintain instruments used during Symphonic and Concert Band seasons.
