In her senior year, Amy was elected as the Financial Officer of the Environmental Club, where she helped foster a community around a shared passion for the environment. This also led her to being selected as the Environmental Studies representative on the Geosciences Student Advisory Board, where she worked on a team to identify issues of diversity, equity and inclusion within the program and devise solutions that enable students to connect with their peers and with faculty. To round out her studies, Amy was selected as a 2024 Andrus Scholar, where she will spend her summer working with the Boise Bureau of Land Management.
